Expecting Najle and Castrofrancaru to pair off in front. Wide open with the majority facing long droughts. CHOCOLATE ROYAL (4) was well fancied over 2200m latest and was midfield before getting shuffled back in traffic. Never a threat in the end but not the best of luck. Overall record consistent and with a change of rider worth another try. DJOCKOVIC (2) raced in the same race as Chocolate Royale and was well off best. The figure from the start prior in richer grade augers well for this and gets chance to atone. NAJLE (10) resumed over 2000m in this class and found the line nicely. Much fitter and extra ground a big plus. SHOGUN EXPRESS (5) tends to mix form but last run was much better than it looked after a slow start. Has the ability, especially in softer ground. SUGGESTED PLAY: Chocolate Royale worth another chance.
