From wide out Orcym Busby can slide over and set up a genuine tempo. MISS CLAMOROSA (11) backs up eight days after her eye-catching fourth over 1400m at Gunnedah. Found the line like a mare needing the mile which she gets. Overdue a second win. ALWAYS FIORENTE (1) has settled back in the field and done nothing in his two runs this prep, both over sprint journeys. Ready to find some form third-up over a more suitable trip. ALLANDE (5) returned from a six-week let-up with a narrow win at the Moree picnics recently. Will obviously find this a lot tougher but she will be better for that run and should be competitive. LAGOON (12) is still a maiden but her second in a Class 1 over this trip at Narromine two back is decent form. BRUCE'S BOY (3) switches back to the mile and can turn some recent poor form around. SUGGESTED PLAY: Miss Clamorosa to win an ordinary Class 1.
