Rocking In Vegas sets a genuine tempo, kicking up on the inside in a keen early contest. ROCKING IN VEGAS (1) flew home from well back last start to be 2.2L off a smart winner at Ascot and now steps out to the mile for the first time. The rise in trip looks to suit this son of Awesome Rock and the form out of that race has been solid. Maps for a better run this time around and can land the knockout blow. SKY RIVER (8) just missed over 1400m at Ascot last start, finishing 0.8L off the winner. Her race was straight after the event Rocking In Vegas comes through, with Sky River's event being much slower on the clock over the same track and trip. Third-up now though and can put her best foot forward. JACKPOT BINGO (2) drops right back in trip now after trying over 2200m following a strong effort at Ascot over 1800m prior. Looks better suited here with Pike on and can bounce back. COSTA STAR (6) is on the quick turnaround today and can bounce back to her best out in trip. PRETEY ROYAL (7) is ticking along nicely and is not to be discounted. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rocking In Vegas can get the job done.
