Cracking tempo with Haseno Brian and June Dragon leading the way. PUNK BEAT (2) showed good pace and went on to score by 1.5 lengths last time out over 1400m at Urawa. Should settle handy in the run. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to take this out. JUNE DRAGON (3) is a model of consistency with top-three finishes at his last five starts, most recently scoring over 1200m at Ohi. Hard to knock and is a winning hope again. SORGENTE PO (1) finished second last time over 1200m at this track, beaten a nose. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is good enough to take this out. FILER TEMPS (5) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.5 lengths at this track and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. Likely to be there at the finish again.
