GONE TO CAPE YORK (15) beat inferior opposition on debut when scoring a head victory in fast time over 1100m at Nowra. Given plenty of time to get over that run and will prove hard to catch in this stronger contest. WEALTHY INVESTOR (18) appreciated the heavy conditions on his home track for a well-deserved victory in this grade and trip last time out. Gets weight relief with the claim and has solid top three prospects. BOTANICA (1) handy gelding kept fresh for this. Big class drop and had genuine excuses when seventh over 1250m at Canterbury in BM78 class. Fitted with a 900m trial and not to be underestimated. BEND THE KNEE (12) holding his form well and looks suited here on his home track. Strong through the line when a narrow third over 1200m at Kembla Grange. Maps well again.
