Strong pace from The Patron Saint and The Khan pushing forward, along with Smokin' De Quo. MISTING (5) is an improver in the sharp Vandyke yard. She resumed at the Sunshine Coast over 1400m and ran into it well. Three back, she was an easy Maiden winner at Eagle Farm over this distance, and she can find that form today. PUCCINI DREAM (4) won a Doomben Maiden over this distance and then resumed at Eagle Farm off a 505-day break and turned in a solid effort at big odds. She's sure to have benefited from that and is well-placed. COOL PANELS (3) always puts in and brings a 1.4L defeat at Eagle Farm over 1640m. Has an awkward gate but can make the finish again. RHODESIAN DIAMOND (6) is good enough and should be ready to show more. KWT rides today and the gelding's nose defeat at Goulburn at the back of his previous preparation reads well for this. SUGGESTED PLAY: Misting on top.
