AUBADE (3) has been a regular in the winners' stall of late including last start in dominant fashion over 1400m at this track. Finds a tougher race but he has the talent to test this line-up. STAR KANAZAWA (4) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when fifth over 1400m at this track. Faces an easier assignment and is a leading contender. BALEO RIA (9) broke through for her maiden win over 1400m at this track last time, scoring comfortably. Looks well placed and she is in the mix. PORTO SEGURO (6) has put together back-to-back placings after scoring three back at this track, most recently when second over 1400m at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
