Genuine tempo with Ruada to lead but under plenty of pressure in a keen early contest. FLOWERDALE (10) will race here instead of Adelaide on Saturday. She followed her Maiden win at Bendigo with a nice effort at Sandown-Lakeside, stepping up to the mile. Has the blinkers on first time, and Ben Allen can use the inside barrier to advantage. TOURNELLE (5) rates well and is busting to win. She positioned forward when beaten 1.5L on the Lakeside last time and deserves another chance. JENNI INTIBA (7) resumes and has to be kept very safe. Her big win at Pakenham on debut stacks right up and expect her to be ready to go. Coffey is booked, and she finally has a decent gate. MEH KEFFI (11) is an improver who just missed here in a 62. On that effort the extra metres will suit. SUGGESTED PLAY: Flowerdale appeals most.
