It must be noted that the horse that finished fourth that day has come out and won since. She is in a good space and can follow up with another victory. ARABIAN RED (6) ran a good race when third of 11 over 1600m on this course last time in what was her second run this prep. She is having her peak run today and will be cherry-ripe. Craig Zackey is likely to use her early gate speed to overcome the widest draw and she may be hard to peg back. CONCERTO (8) ran a good race when finishing third of 11 over 1600m on this course last time out. She gets the blinkers fitted which should keep her mind on the task at hand. S'manga Khumalo retains the ride and can't be discounted. TREASURE HUNT (5) ran a strong race to finish second of 11 over 1400m at this track two runs back, then last time over 1600m at this track could only finish fifth of 11. Freshened up and deserves another chance.
