Solid tempo with My Mate Elvis going forward from the good gate. ALL SAINTS (3) led and wet close at Kembla Grange and then didn't let down there on a heavy surface. She won't have that problem today, and she has the tongue tie on for the first time. Drops back in distance and is suited. MY MATE ELVIS (10) is Sydney-trained and is much better than the first-up outing at Newcastle suggests. He was on speed and not far away in town on debut and will be here looking for the firm surface. Draws low, and he will speed along. UNITE THE STARS (8) peaks and has been plain at her last two after a promising return. Maps well and a sharper effort is likely. LI'L GRUG (1) ran a strong relative number beaten 1L at Kembla Grand first up on the heavy. Draws wide but will be fitter and would be a hope if he held that form on the synthetic. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing All Saints.
