Expecting Space Cowboy to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. Tricky. THE DAILY PLANET (15) has been racing in better contests and disappointed as favourite at Mt Gambier last time (vet cleared). Drops back to a sprint and won his only start at the track. Rates well in this lineup. JUDGE KELLIE (16) was only beaten 1.5L at Donald in a 58 and then raced forward again at Ararat and didn't finish it off. Is back 100m, and the 1.5kg claim is handy. Should have enough early dash to manage the wide barrier. EUCALYPT (10) found more like his best placing at Moe. Fourth up, and may go on with it now. THE MARINER (11) ran his best race placing at Mt Gambier. He's on a 4-day return, and he should be able to manage the longer sprint. Maps well, and a senior hoop replaces the apprentice. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with The Daily Planet.
