GOING: S(5)

TAB Class 1 & Maiden Plate 1100m

Track: SOFT 6   Rain (Max: 24)   Rail: True. (Pent: 5.70)

Certain to be a strong tempo with Spartus, Pre Eminence and Belle Affair leading the charge. SPARTUS (5) got the maiden out of the way here at the latest effort and is sure to have come on with that win now under the belt. Winning hoop Jones returns to the saddle and can make it back-to-back victories. GOLD FEVER (2) is a consistent conveyance who has only missed a drum once in nine starts since joining the new stable. Has to be included in calculations. ADDITION (6) resumes here but has revved up for this with two recent trials and the form she showed when last in work was full of merit. Top-three candidate while fresh. ETUDE (11) has placed in both runs this preparation and is one for the multiples. PRE EMINENCE (3) rounds out the selections with the claim from the low draw. SUGGESTED PLAY: Spartus to win again.
