This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention. LAST DUEL (8) showed good early pace over 1400m at this track when resuming last time and kept going to score by one length. Has the class to play a significant role. ULTIMATE (3) is returning from a spell of four-and-a-half months. Finished ninth at Urawa over 1500m at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Kazumi Takei. Has found a suitable race and is worth including. BLOODLINE (12) ran below expectations last time at Funabashi, finishing seventh and beaten 7 lengths. Well placed to make amends.
