Moderate tempo headed by King Edward. KING EDWARD (3) made his debut over a mile in a tougher field at Pakenham and after sitting just off the lead boxed on well for fourth. Has upside and this looks perfect. SAUCITO (8) is a Waller maiden who has had a few starts in NSW and having first start this direction. Did little last time and sent south so watch for an improvement here. Does have some ability. ALPINE COWGIRL (9) has placed 3/3 so far and is long overdue. Newitt has had two rides for two minors and gets a chance to break through. TEAM HEIST (12) settled off the pace in a change of tactics last time and found the line nicely. Right in the mix again. BISMARCK (6) has been safely held over shorter trips at both starts and in easier company today and out in journey should be a big improver. SUGGESTED PLAY: King Edward can reign.
