Plenty of pace from Lavender Macaron, Links Elpis and Proofreader matching motors ahead of T O D'amour. T O D'AMOUR (2) knuckled down strongly to get within 0.6 lengths of the winner in third last start over 1500m at Urawa. Yoichiro Muro has been in the money at the last three rides. Bold showing expected. PROOFREADER (12) has been kept fresh since an all-the-way win over 1500m at this track. Will be looking to cross again and is likely to play a major role. KURUME MITCHI (8) scored here last time out with a head in reserve at the end of 1400m. Has a fair record at this course with a win and five placings. Can go on with it. TATSUNO KISEKI (11) showed early speed from an outside draw when fresh from a spell last time out and led for much of the way before finding a couple better at the end of 1400m at this venue. Should give backers a sight again.
