The trio Halle Bee, Spandex and Hell's Vixen will set a strong tempo. CURRUMBIN ALLEY (2) went close on debut at Gunnedah two back then was caught up in traffic and should have finished closer last start over 1300m at Dubbo. Nicely placed over this slightly longer journey so with blinkers on from a good gate there is plenty to like. RESUME (14) came from last to be beaten in a photo last time out over 1280m at Muswellbrook. Needs 1400m so at just her third race start a win is on the cards. HALLE BEE (9) worked home well to just miss the placings at her latest appearance over 1200m at this track. Has raced eleven times over today's trip and weighed in seven times. Each-way the best play. RAW GOLD (7) is a twenty-two-start maiden whose last effort at this track had merit. One for the exotics. EXPEDITIOUSLY (3) didn't threaten first-up at Wyong but this is easier. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Currumbin Alley.
