Looks to be plenty of pace with Ambassador and Thunder Barows battling for the lead. THUNDER BAROWS (10) was well fancied when resuming last start over 1500m at this track when fourth, beaten 4.5 lengths. Tatsuya Yamaguchi who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Will strip fitter and is one of the big chances. AMBASSADOR (5) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 1500m at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. MARTIEN (2) returned from a spell three weeks ago when he was beaten 5.5 lengths into seventh over 1500m at Kawasaki. Likely improver with strong prospects. SERVE THE MISSION (3) was comfortably accounted for when fifth last time out over 1500m at this track, beaten 9 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. Worth another chance.
