Gladius and Darkhan Roar possess good early speed. TAIHORO (2) was narrowly beaten fresh up for a new stable. He can certainly go one better here. POLLY'S GURU (1) has been placed in four of his six starts. Drawn out here but still a quinella and trifecta must in this field. FOREVER YOUNG (7) can make an immediate impact for a new stable now. Drawn out here but it may not matter. The tote will tell you for sure. GLADIUS (3) he was a good fresh up third for a new yard. Bred to win more than once too. Cannot be left out here. INTERLAGOS (5) poor in last two runs. He is much better than those efforts show and drawn well here today. Trifecta and first four chance in this for sure. SUGGESTED PLAY: Taihoro is the logical winner. Forever Young will find it easier now prepared in the South Island.
