CAL DE CAFE (9) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 1500m at this track. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves plenty of thought. KOSOKU TETSUDO (4) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations first-up at this track, finishing ninth over 1500m. Hitomi Miyashita gets the best out of this four-year-old filly. Can play a role. AMALFI LEMON (3) finished second last time over 1500m at this track. Meeting a deeper field this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. HAKUSAN DAPHNE (10) ran fifth at her latest appearance over 1500m at this track. Can measure up.
