Just a small field but The Front Line, Shinto Shrine and Wild At War can ensure the pace is genuine. ARISTOTLE (1) tried hard when second of seven over 1600m on the Standside course last time when sent out as the favourite. His last victory came over 1400m. He is the best-weighted runner and can return to winning form. GIMMEANOTHERCHANCE (2) is better than his last start run would suggest as the jockey reported something to be amiss in the running. He has won once, finished second once and third once from four starts over this course and distance. On best form shown, he should be involved at the finish. THE AFRICA HOUSE (4) found one too good last time out. She is in a good space and has each-way clams. ROYAL FORCE (3) proved too strong two runs back at Vaal. Not as effective last time out when fourth over 1600m at Turffontein Standside. Well placed and he can atone.
