SPARKLE LINK (8) is lightly raced and knocking on the door, beaten half a length at Cranbourne in a similar grade of race behind one with decent form. Only needs a repeat of that effort to be going close. ONGATITI (4) is coming off a maiden win at Warrnambool, starting $1.90 and scoring narrowly at his sixth start. Can go on with it. TARVUE (6) is back in the right race now, not bad behind the talented Revelare two back at Flemington, which is excellent form for this. Look for improvement. DESERT ANTHEM (3) was solid in a BM58 at Swan Hill last time and has each way claims, while THE CUNNING FOX (1) could be an improver third up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sparkle Link on top.
