The Grey has good gate speed and can overcome the wide alley to lead. EXCEED THE SKY (10) returned from a lengthy break with a tough on-pace second over 1100m here on June 25. Should handle the going and prove hard to hold out from the good gate. THE GREY (3) came out fast from the inside gate on debut before being overhauled late when a narrow second over 1100m at Wyong on June 13. Trained on the track and Wadick rides again despite drawing out. Has the early speed to get across and figure prominently. PARALIA (5) gelding by Pride Of Dubai out of a Pierro mare on debut for the Lees yard. Has looked sharp in two recent trials and can make his presence felt. ART'S ALIVE (6) raced in stronger company last time in and returns from a four-and-a-half month break. Looked to have plenty up her sleeve in two recent Rosehill trials and trained locally. Has the ability to take this out. SUGGESTED PLAY: Box Quinella 10,3,5,6.
