Call Me Rhonda should have enough pace to lead a low-pressure contest. CALL ME RHONDA (10) looks one of the more progressive types in the race and finds this race at what appears the perfect stage of the campaign. Three runs back from a spell have been good, including a couple of placings at her past two, and has always shaped as though this sort of trip would be up her alley. ALPINE HONEY (1) is even more lightly-raced, having had just two starts for a couple of fourth placings, and will be better for the run at 2000m last time. HARD BOB (4) is an interesting runner, stepping out over this trip for the first time since early June, but was tipped out by the horse who went on to win the VRC St Leger three runs back so his best is most certainly good effort. MISS SOLAR HART (11) turned in an improved performance stepping up to 1600m last start so might be even better suited at this trip. ABERLUTELY (9) should be nearing peak fitness now and is drawn to get her chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Call Me Rhonda to win.
