Not a great deal of speed on paper so it may be left to one of the first starters to roll to the front. Tricky and the betting moves will be instructive. GEN ZED (3) resumed over this trip, beaten a neck at Horsham. He draws awkwardly again, but has been kept on the fresh side and is sure to have come on. The one to beat on what we've seen. KISS'N DANCE (4) found a place at Terang before the spell and has jumped out for this at Ararat. He will be naturally improved, and a bold return is likely. BRUZANI (1) resumes and placed second in an Ararat jump-out on the same day. He's shown enough, and kicking off over 1400m won't be an issue. Stablemate TUDAYA (8) has switched from the Kendrick yard in Queensland on a 186-day return. He raced favourite on the poly on debut and went okay. He's jumped out twice, and Kersley steers from the inside barrier. Keep an eye on the market. SUGGESTED PLAY: Gen Zed appeals on what we've seen.
