Good early pressure anticipated with a large contingent of unraced runners. BALLISTIC BLUE (1) was in the market on debut at this track over 1000m and ran on well for second, beaten under a length. Quickly to 1300m but finds a winnable maiden and should be better for that hit out. Hard to hold out. ROCK GLORY (10) improved second up at Kilmore when boxing on for a solid third. Fitter again for that and drawn well. Can settle handy and give a sight. NEBUCHADNEZZAR (4) continues to race well without winning, running third in his past three outings. Stuck on well enough at Caulfield Heath last time out and this looks a touch easier. Could break through. WHIPLASH (5) is a gelding by Sweynesse on debut for the Hayes yard who must be respected. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ballistic Blue on top.
