From the inside draw Cosmo Roiro has enough dash to find the lead and set a reasonable tempo. SCOTCH KILT (8) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when sixth, beaten 5 lengths, over 1800m at this track after he got a long way back. Should be peaking now and is ready to win. TOP DIA (3) returns from a break of six months. Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a 12th over 1600m here. Nicely placed to kick off another successful campaign. FINE DAY (7) finished 5.5 lengths away in sixth last time out over 1600m at this circuit three-and-a-half weeks ago. Steps up in journey today and rates among the main chances. M O SWEET (10) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1800m at this venue, beaten 2.25 lengths. Looks to be in the right race so she should be right in contention again.
