Moderate tempo with Suances leading the way. Very interesting race. SUANCES (8) is 4/4 so far in career to hit the frame, resuming from a long spell with a game third over 1400m at Pakenham. Much fitter and extra trip ideal. Looks the one to follow. MOONLIGHT ROMANCE (9) worked home well fresh then failed to make an impact second-up. Fitter for it though and meets an easier maiden. Can bounce back, The intriguing runner is MAN OF WORTH (2) who is a former Irish maiden now in the Waller yard. Placed 2/4 so far and might find this a shade sharp but fitter for a jump-out and worth keeping very safe. THESE BOOTS (12) settled at the tail, on debut at Wagga but found the line nicely late. Fitter and the extra trip ideal. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stay with Suances.
