Looks a tactical race on paper with no early speed evident. BLUE STAR (9) was out of the money when resuming from a spell last start over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a pivotal role in this easier assignment. ALSKAR (8) struggled in the tougher company two back but last time did much better when a 1.5 lengths second at this track. Rates strongly here on last start and can find best form. NOBLE SHADE (3) improved last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this circuit. Likely improver with strong prospects. SEIUN SHITENNO (2) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing seventh. Well placed to make amends.
