PRISMATIC (6) came off solid flat efforts to belt the Maiden hurdlers at Hamilton by 9L. Raced forward and drops 3kg in this grade. Was heavily bet and can go on with it. ALAKAHAN (5) won a Maiden hurdle by a space and then raced favourite at Sandown and was just okay. In the premier barn and no surprise to see him bounce back. RIDER IN THE SNOW (7) finished alongside the above in that Sandown contest. He will be better for the experience and has Ryan aboard today. In the mix. Things didn't work out at Sandown for stablemate CHAINS OF HONOUR (2) and measure his ability on the Warrnambool win prior. Pateman takes over and will give him every chance to bounce. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Prismatic.
