Pace looks to be genuine with Lady Lilibet and Eaglescliffe matching motors in advance of Quinky Deel and Outspeed. QUINKY DEEL (3) doesn't have the greatest strike rate but recent efforts have been sound. Raced on the speed and only felt the pinch late when just behind the placings over 1700m at Wellington last start. Won't mind the extra trip and in a moderate affair looks the one to beat. FULMEN FILOU (4) is back from a thirty-two-day break and is having his first run for the Robert Knight stable. Recent form hasn't been crash hot but his best efforts are certainly good enough. Keep an eye on the betting. PATHELIA (12) is a maiden who has been in the money at three of the last four appearances, most recently over 2100m at Tamworth. No issues running out the trip and she likes the sting out of the ground. STAR OF KONGO (9) is a twenty-start maiden who surprised most when runner-up at Tamworth last start. Not convinced he can repeat the dose but still worth including in exotics. LADY LILIBET (10) likes to roll along and should be peaking now at the fourth run back. SUGGESTED PLAY: Quinky Deel to win with a watch on Fulmen Filou.
