Strong tempo with Dutchess D'orange, Genteel and Maxigirl leading the way. DUTCHESS D'ORANGE (7) resumed from a spell last start and stayed on well when third of 10 against males over this distance on the turf last time. She gets the cheekpieces fitted which should keep her mind on the task at hand and may be the one to side with. GENTEEL (1) was disappointing over 1400m last time. Richard Fourie is booked to ride and on previous form, she should pose a threat. OH MANDY (2) made late ground when fourth over 1600m on this course last time. She will enjoy the rise to 1900m and with luck in the running, she should be competitive. HAT MONTERA (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1900m at Fairview, finishing fifth. Nicely placed to return to form.
