SAPPHIRE GOLD (4) improved last start but found one better over 920m at this track, beaten only a neck. Nicely placed to take this out. BELOVED WITCH (6) improved last time out, finishing a neck from the winner in second at the end of 1500m here. Appeals as a leading player. BEAR GOODBYE (2) finished out of the money when sixth in a 1500m contest at this track two weeks ago. Likely improver. WONDER BOOGIE (9) could only manage to finish seventh at his latest appearance over 1500m at this track after he was well back on straightening. This looks a nice race so expect him to finish closer.
