He lost a length leaving the start and hung inwards over the final 200m. He would have come on from the run and with the natural improvement that is expected, he should be the one to beat. OLD FASHIONED (1) has finished second in his last two starts. He should enjoy the rise to 1200m and rates well as a main danger. MISTY METAL (6) has fair form lines to her credit. She stayed on when fourth in a work riders race last time. She will enjoy the rise to 1200m and she may give the males a run for their money. MISS TAKES (4) was in need of his debut effort over this course and distance. He would have come on from the run and with Gavin Lerena in the saddle should have improvement to come.
