Moderate tempo headed by Rubilace. JUAN PABLO (3) well bred gelding who made his debut with a fast-finishing third over 1300m at Hawkesbury on March 8. Finds an easier assignment and look for him launching late over the extra trip. VIA VARALLO (13) worked hard early from the sticky gate when a battling third over 1500m at Goulburn. Drops further in weight with Dalton's claim and will be in this for a long way. RUBILACE (9) has needed both runs back and capable of improving sharply in this easier contest. Faded in the run when last over 1400m at Kembla Grange. Cannot be ruled out in this suitable assignment. BLACK BUGATTI (6) hit the line with intent first up when third over 1400m at Goulburn. Can go on with it now and stays in the calculations. SUGGESTED PLAY: Juan Pablo to win.
