Moderate tempo headed by Loves Affection. HELOVAWIN (1) debuted over 1000m at Cranbourne and just found one better, beaten a head in second. Better for that experience and drawn to land on speed with minimal fuss here. Top chance. SCIENCE DEGREE (3) resumes having run well for second on debut at Stony Creek, beaten a nose. He did start $26 on that occasion but should be much shorter this time around. SEPOLNO (9) has had two runs back from a spell, solid in both, only beaten 4.5 lengths in a handy maiden at Cranbourne last time out. Ready to peak now from the soft draw and should be hard to hold out. LOVES AFFECTION (8) was good two back at Geelong and can improve. AQUILION GIRL (4) has placed at her past two and is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Helovawin to win.
