Should be a keen tempo with Matenro Leo, Sunrise Soleil and Meiner Virtus prominent. STINGER GLASS (8) scored last start over 2500m at Nakayama, getting home by 2.5 lengths. Unbeaten at this trip. Excels fresh and with leading rider aboard expected to go close. ADMIRE TERRA (10) resumed last start over 2600m at Hanshin where he stalked the pace before drawing clear to score by half a length. Tougher assignment this time but he is right in this. HAYAYAKKO (16) is a prolific performer at black-type level who could only manage a tenth behind Meiner Emperor to close last prep in the Nikkei Sho over 2500m at Nakayama on March 29. Winner only try this course and distance and at this level. Danger. SUNRISE SOLEIL (1) was an impressive first-up winner last time out in an easier race over 2400m at Kyoto, getting home by a neck. Open to plenty of improvement and is among the leading chances.
