TOSHIN IMAJI (2) travelled in a rearwards position then picked up fairly well in the straight and finished 6 lengths away in seventh last time out over 1500m at this track two weeks ago. Steps up in distance today and will be tough to stop. POKAPOKA TIME (1) showed early speed from a good draw when returning from a break last time and battled on to finish fourth, beaten 10 lengths, over 1400m here. Expected to be in this for a long way. STARLIGHT BLUE (9) pushed forward from a wide draw last time and sat just off the lead, eventually drawing away to score by 0.8 lengths over 1500m at this circuit. One of the main contenders. B GIRL (3) made progress last start to finish second over 1500m at this venue. Well placed and can figure in the finish again.
