Saransk should lead but there are a few other speedy types who can keep her honest. LOVE AND HAPPINESS (7) ran a good race last start to finish second over 2000m at Urawa. May appreciate coming back in journey. Nice run last time and could prove tough to beat. SARANSK (1) was quickly into stride over 1600m at Kawasaki when resuming last time and went on to score by half a length. Will again be prominent from the outset. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she deserves plenty of thought. HOSHINO SUNA (9) was an impressive winner last time over 1600m at this track, leading throughout and putting 4 lengths on his rivals. Sure to be competitive. BOUNCELIGHT (4) finished third last start over 1600m at this track. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including three wins. Ready to go a couple better.
