Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Rikea Marron. RIKEA MARRON (2) finished second last start over 2000m at this track following a run of two wins on end. Rates highly. SHUTTLE TOSHO (4) was an impressive winner last time over 1400m at this track, leading throughout and putting 2.5 lengths on her rivals. Expected to take some stopping again. TORPEDO (10) turned in a fine effort to win by 2.5 lengths at this course and distance last start in a much-improved run. Tackling a deeper field this time but she is worth serious consideration. PRESTO MARVEL (1) is progressing well this preparation, landing the prize by 4 lengths last time out over 1400m at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run.
