O SHIN SCAT (8) returned from a spell four weeks ago when he was in the firing line on the turn before being beaten 3 lengths into fourth over 1500m at this track. Has been in the money at each second up start. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time. BLAZING HEAT (6) finds it hard to win with just one success from 34 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 1500m at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths. Hard to beat in this suitable race. TARO THUNDER (2) started at $2.90 last time but could only manage seventh, beaten 6 lengths, at Kawasaki over 1500m. Should be prominent from the outset. One of the main contenders. VINA SAIGON (7) ran well below his best last time over 1500m at this track, beaten 21 lengths into 11th at $4.90. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Not to be discounted.
