Genuine tempo with Lord Ley Line leading the way. ROYS PEAK (2) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Less impressive last time out when seventh over 1600m at this track, beaten 8 lengths after being in contention on the bend. Seiya Tatara gets the best out of this six-year-old entire. Has the class to take this out. PEISHA WAKIA (1) got well back over 1400m at this track last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 5 lengths away in seventh. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. LORD LEY LINE (4) was safely held when eighth last time out over 1600m at this track, beaten 8 lengths. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Has a good record at this course and distance, including two wins. Perfectly placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. SOUTHERN STATE (6) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when eighth and beaten 9 lengths over 1600m at this track. Well placed and should be in the mix.
