Moderate tempo expected with Sweater Girl likely to find the front over Kittyhawk and Exceed Success. SWEATER GIRL (9) resumes for her second preparation having been well beaten on debut at Stawell. She was in the market that day and has jumped out quite well for her return. This is a winnable affair and she can be a quick improver. BUBBLES TIME (6) is going quite well and will take beating. Third at Kyneton two back, a wet track at Ballarat over 1500m probably saw her out last time. She has placed on the synthetic here which is worth noting. EXCEED SUCCESS (1) can mix his form, poor last time at Werribee having been thereabouts at Wangaratta prior. His best is good enough to be taking this out. SAY IT ZESTY (3) can be an improver off an even debut at Echuca. Can be home hard here out in trip. ASTEROPE (5) would be a chance on the run two back but did crash back to earth at Mt Gambier last time. Could sneak a placing. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sweater Girl on top.
