Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Replace The Ace. MOMENT OF TRUTH (4) brings two narrow defeats from Rockhampton. She was again heavily bet, and the extra 200m shouldn't prove an issue. Has a 1.5kg claim for an in-form apprentice, and is suited. REPLACE THE ACE (3) led and was too good at this track/trip 14 days ago. A top hoop sticks aboard, and he will control the race. Tough to catch. ACCLIMATISE (2) was beaten narrowly at Townsville over 1400m, and the former Victorian may appreciate the longer journey. Stanley rides for the first time. LEICA BITA FUN (5) didn't get into it at Rockhampton 7 days ago, but his Gladstone effort prior reads okay. He's in the mix at a price. SUGGESTED PLAY: With Moment Of Truth.
