Reasonable tempo with Charm For Luck probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. PARTY ANIMAL (3) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2.25 lengths over 2000m at this track. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. YUYU PRESENCE (8) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1500m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. NISHINO TENKAFUBU (2) finished out of the money two starts back then he got a long way back and was beaten 18 lengths when tenth in a 1400m contest at this track three-and-a-half weeks ago. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he cannot be taken lightly. CLOCHE NOIRE (9) was close to a maiden win before a nine weeks break, finishing off with a placing over 2000m at this track. Re-unites with Kosei Akimoto. Has ability so don't underestimate.
