There should be a bit of early pressure with Exceedaqa going forward in advance of Magic Sorcerer and Hoo Haa. EXCEEDAQA (8) has been thereabouts in her two runs back. Should be peaking now in what looks like her easiest assignment to date. Leading player. HOO HAA (5) gave backers a bold sight last start at Wyong, only to be captured on the line. Easier this time and will prove tough to catch with similar tactics applied. MAGIC SORCERER (1) was poised to strike when resuming at Tamworth but just lacked a fitness edge. Better for the hit-out and is drawn to get the gun run. Can give this a big shake. SLEEPY'S GIRL (9) is a Headwater filly on debut for the Deamer stable. Strips fitter for a quiet Scone trial and is nicely drawn. Worth watching what the market does with her. SUGGESTED PLAY: Exceedaqa to win.
