Pace should be on from the outset with Pierre Oregon, Taisei Gust and Cuillere going hard, closely attended by Rouge L'ecrin. TAISEI GUST (4) took up the running last time and turned in front but faded to finish fifth over this journey at this track. Good record at this journey with three wins and two minor placings from seven starts and looks a top chance. PIERRE OREGON (2) finished fifth over this distance at his latest outing. Has a very good record over today's journey and best form puts him right in this. CUILLERE (5) drew wide and was pretty plain last time out when 11th at this course and distance. Has claims if she can reproduce her win at this track two starts back. RAGDOLL (3) took advantage of the good draw and raced on the pace last start before tiring to finish fourth over 1200m at this track. Can figure in the finish here.
