Certain to be a strong tempo with Manz Knight, Callaburn and Whistledown leading the charge. CALLABURN (2) stayed on well at the finish over this distance on the Turffontein Inside course last time, but found one too good on the day. He has finished second twice and third once from four starts over this distance. If getting away to a clean start can easily go one better. FLAG BEARER (5) is close to breaking through having placed in all of his last four starts, including last time out when finishing third over 1800m at Turffontein Inside. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. FULL GO (4) is better than his last start run would suggest Two of his three career victories have come on this course. Muzi Yeni takes the ride and if putting his best foot forward, he should be competitive. GUY ALEXANDER (6) stayed on well when second over this distance last time. Gavin Lerena is booked to ride and if confirming his recent improvement, he can finish in the money.
