STORMFRONT (2) debuted at Pakenham Synthetic over 1100m and got the job done, racing on speed and boxing on well to score by 0.8 lengths. Open to plenty of improvement and can win again. IMMORTAL SHIELD (10) is a lightly raced 3yo who won his maiden dominantly two back at Ballarat Synthetic before an even effort as favourite last time. Onto turf here but he clearly has some ability. LOVED UP LAWYER (4) was poor fresh at Bendigo when hard in the market. Not sure what went wrong there but his form last time in is good enough to win this. Can bounce back. TIPSY TORONADO (8) got her maiden out of the way at her second start last time and can measure up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stormfront on top.
