Pace will be genuine with El Mercurio and Prima Way locking horns in advance of Tokino One Carat and Kirameki. MONGOLIAN KING (9) was on the move turning for home and found the line strongly to finish second over 1400m at this track last time. Should run well. EL MERCURIO (5) did a great job to score by half a length over this course and distance last start in a much-improved run. Taking on a better line-up this time but she can get the job done. PRIMA WAY (3) showed good early dash and led for much of the way over this course and distance last time, eventually fading to finish fifth. Toshiya Yamamoto who has two wins when partnering stays on. One of the main contenders. WELL MADE (6) has been in the placings at her last two appearances, finishing third over 1400m at this track most recently. Sure to be about the mark again.
