FOUR SQUARE PETE (3) relished the step up in trip when scoring a comfortable win at Trentham last time out. He revels in heavy ground, and will be even sharper third up from a spell. On top again. CHAHOO (2) was down in class when returning to the winner's circle with a gutsy win at Tauranga when slicing through late from well off the pace to score by nearly a length. A wide gate here might be OK by this time of the day, and he is worth including in all quaddie combos. THE FINNSTER (1) set the pace and was too strong over 1600m at Woodville in BM60 company last start. The extra 500m is now ideal, and he will again take plenty of pegging back in this. ZIGGY KHAN (6) out-toughed his BM60 rivals here nearly 3 weeks ago, and she will carry a kilo less this time. Stick with her on an each-way basis, especially with Lisa Allpress in the saddle. BLACK BETTY (8) got too far back in a stronger field on her home track at New Plymouth 12 days ago, but expect better with the extra 500m here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Four Square Pete each way.
